All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
PayPal:
A fast and secure way to pay. You’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase.
Bank transfer:
You can pay by bank transfer. Processing may take 1 - 2 business days. After making the transfer, please send your payment confirmation and order number to orders@yneeds.eu.

SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order tracking
All orders come with tracking information, which will be provided via email once your package is shipped. You can track your order’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
Delivery issues and delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, please contact us at orders@yneeds.eu, so we can assist you.
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic, skincare, haircare, or fragrance products.
Return process
- You can request a return directly through your account on YNeeds - simply go to your order and click “Request return”.
- Alternatively, you can contact us at orders@yneeds.eu with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return instructions.
- Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@yneeds.eu within 48 hours of receiving the order. Be sure to include photos of the item(s) for a quicker resolution.
